Strategic Operations:

Executive Summary:

In the capacity of Fractional Operations Manager (NOV 2024–FEB 2026), we spearheaded the operational architecture for Bolt’s premium chauffeur launch across 6 international markets. By replacing manual, fragmented workflows with scalable playbooks and performance systems, we enabled rapid multi-country expansion and increased partner retention without increasing the core headcount.

The Challenge Bolt sought to capture the luxury chauffeur market—a high-stakes sector with variable demand across corporate and tourism sectors. Key hurdles included:

  • Infrastructure Constraints: The existing ride-hailing architecture required a bespoke configuration to meet the complex scheduling and dispatch requirements of a premium service.

  • Standardization Gaps: Local teams lacked a unified framework for luxury service standards, leading to inconsistent delivery across remote regions.

  • Leadership Bottlenecks: Executive Leadership was heavily involved in daily execution, limiting their ability to focus on high-level proof-of-concept and financial growth.
