Scalling Luxury Chauffeur Operations Internationally
Operational infrastructure for a premium branding and production studio

The company was scaling a luxury chauffeur service across six international markets simultaneously. Every launch decision ran through a single Managing Director. The business had no repeatable launch infrastructure, and local teams without the delegation clarity or luxury service experience needed to operate independently.

We built end-to-end city launch playbooks, standardised SOPs for booking, routing and invoicing, pricing benchmark tools, and partner onboarding frameworks. The Managing Director fully delegated operational delivery and redirected their capacity to strategic results. Six markets launched without proportional headcount growth.

A premium branding and production studio handling design, manufacturing, and in some cases installation. The founder was the single point of failure: every decision escalated to him, the design team worked from ambiguous briefings, and production and installation ran on informal platforms coordination. Designed the org structure and decision rights to stop routine escalation to the director. Created a project management model across design, production, and installation with real-time visibility for every stakeholder.
